🔒 How we handle your information

What we collect: the details on this form and a photo of your ID.
Why: only to screen your rental application (verify your information, rental and employment history, credit and background check).
Who sees it: the landlord (Luke Holtan) and the screening providers he uses for your credit and background check. A copy of your application and ID photo is emailed to the landlord. It is not shared for any other purpose.
How it is kept: sent over HTTPS and stored in private storage that is not accessible to the public. This site uses no ad or analytics trackers.
How long: applications that are denied are deleted after about 12 months, including the emailed copies.
